1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Wazap, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
Wazap is a SaaS platform that enables creating automations, conversation flows, and managing WhatsApp customer support using Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued with 30 days prior notice.
3. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old or represent a legal entity.
- Each account corresponds to one company/organization.
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
- Sharing credentials across distinct organizations is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
It is strictly prohibited to use Wazap to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content.
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Usage Policies.
- Distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure.
- Resell the service without express written authorization.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Plans and payment
- Plans and prices are available at wazapi.io/precos.
- Charges are billed monthly or annually, per the chosen plan.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation, unless required by law.
- Non-payment may result in account suspension after 7 days past due.
6. Intellectual property
The source code, design, brand, and content of the Wazap platform are the exclusive property of Oryn Labs LLC. You retain ownership of the data and content you input into the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process such data solely for service delivery.
7. Limitation of liability
Wazap is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from:
- WhatsApp/Meta API outages beyond our control.
- Account blocks imposed by Meta for violation of its policies.
- Third-party connectivity failures.
- Misuse of the platform by the user.
Our total liability is capped at the amount paid in the last 3 months of service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time in the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice whenever possible. After termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo — SP are elected to resolve disputes.
