Does Wazapi charge a setup fee?
No. No setup or activation fee. You only pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose, plus Meta message fees, passed through with no mark-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. No lock-in and no early-termination fee.
What are Meta message fees?
Since July 1, 2025 Meta charges per delivered message on the official API, priced by category: marketing, utility, authentication and service. Replies inside the 24h window are free until Sep 30, 2026; from Oct 1, 2026 Meta charges them per message, at a rate equivalent to utility. Wazapi passes that cost through with no mark-up and you see everything by category on the dashboard before the invoice arrives.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 14 days with no credit card, on the Pro plan: Official Meta API, CRM, WhatsApp store and MCP unlocked. You only pay if you decide to continue, and you pick the plan when the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. Billing is adjusted on the next cycle.
Does Wazapi use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes, from the Pro plan up — official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, with a verified Business number and approved templates. Starter connects via QR Code.
Is AI included in the price?
Yes, on the Business plan: per-message sentiment, co-pilot, quality analysis and the AI Agent with a knowledge base. Model usage runs on your own OpenAI key, with no mark-up and a monthly budget cap. The MCP server, for external agents like Claude and ChatGPT, is already included in Pro.
Do I pay Meta separately?
Yes. Meta message fees are passed through with no markup and shown by category on the dashboard.
