Cookie Policy
May 27, 2026
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device on future visits and retain session information.
2. Cookies we use
Wazap uses only strictly necessary cookies:
- Session cookie: keeps you authenticated while browsing the platform. Expires when you close the browser or after the configured inactivity timeout.
- CSRF cookie: protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. Required for secure form submission.
- Locale cookie: stores your language preference (pt-BR or en) to display the interface in the correct language.
We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or behavioral analytics cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
Wazap does not load third-party scripts that set cookies in your browser. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or similar tracking tools.
4. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent authentication — you will not be able to log in to the platform.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the changes.
