What is Wazapi
Support teams live scattered across tabs: a WhatsApp number on someone's phone, Instagram on another login, Messenger on a third. Context gets lost, replies get slow and nobody knows who already talked to whom.
Wazapi centralizes these channels in a shared inbox, where every conversation carries the contact's full history and can be assigned, tagged and answered by the whole team — with automation taking over what's repetitive.
Why we exist
Great WhatsApp support stopped being a differentiator and became a requirement — but the right tools were either too expensive and corporate, or unofficial workarounds that put the company's number at risk. We built Wazapi to close that gap: the robustness of Meta's official API, with the simplicity of a team that just wants to serve customers better.
How we work
Meta cost passed through, no mark-up
Meta charges per opened conversation. Wazapi passes that cost through with no margin and shows everything categorized on the dashboard before the invoice. You pay the plan's monthly fee and the conversation cost — nothing else.
Your data is yours
Contacts, conversations and history belong to your company and can be exported at any time. Per-company isolation across the whole platform, from inbox to API.
Automation that gives time back
Flows, chatbots and an AI agent via MCP handle the repetitive work so the team can focus on what needs a human. Automation takes the volume; the team takes the context.
