Agent performance and tags in Files
Each team member now has a page with their support performance. In Files, tag your files and see where each one is used.
Feature
- Settings A page for each team member with performance over 7, 30 or 90 days: conversations received and closed, first response and resolution time, a daily series, activity and AI-rated quality.
- Files Per-file tags, with search and filtering by tag. The details modal was redesigned and shows which flows and canned responses use the file.
Improvement
- Settings Metrics follow the assignment history: transferring a conversation no longer erases the work of whoever handled it before.
Security
- Settings A deactivated account loses access immediately, on its next click, without waiting for the session to expire.
- Platform Login and password recovery attempts are now also rate-limited per e-mail, not only per IP.
