Voice messages, personal markers and groups in the inbox

Record audio straight from the inbox, organize conversations with markers only you see, filter by group and see messages the contact deleted or edited. Also new: audio in flows and canned responses, and redesigned sign-in screens.

Feature

  • Inbox Record and send voice messages from the inbox. On WhatsApp they arrive as native voice notes.
  • Flows Audio in flows and canned responses: the media block sends audio, and canned responses can carry an image, file or audio from the Files library.
  • Inbox Personal markers: tag conversations with reminders like "call back tomorrow". Only you see yours.
  • Inbox Groups in the views column: see only the conversations assigned to each group you belong to.
  • Settings New "Bot conversations" permission in access profiles.
  • Inbox Messages the contact deletes or edits are shown as such in the inbox, on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
  • Inbox Internal notes move out of the conversation into their own panel. Being mentioned in a note opens the panel directly.
  • Flows The flow editor block palette is now a grid, with search and collapsible groups.
  • API Public API 1.5: message.updated and message.deleted webhooks.

Improvement

  • Channels Instagram and Messenger now show message delivery and read status.
  • Templates Meta's daily per-person marketing limit: the inbox warns you before sending, and the block applies only to that contact instead of pausing the number.
  • Settings Renaming or deleting a company tag updates the contacts and conversations that use it.
  • Platform Redesigned sign-in, sign-up, password recovery and invite acceptance screens.
  • Platform Dark mode with more legible text, a redesigned inbox composer and distinct icons for bots and the AI agent.

Fix

  • Inbox Closing a conversation also stops the bot. When the contact comes back, the flow no longer repeats the previous question.
  • MCP assign_conversation now rejects inactive users or groups.
