Inbox notifications, new navigation and WhatsApp coexistence
The inbox now tells you when a new message arrives, the app has a new navigation with an optional top menu, and connecting WhatsApp got simpler, including for numbers already used in the WhatsApp Business app.
Feature
- Inbox Sound and browser notification for new messages, with a counter in the tab title. Pick the sound, the volume and which conversations should notify you.
- Platform New navigation: an icon rail with its own panel for Store and Settings or, if you prefer, a menu across the top. Includes keyboard shortcuts (g + key, ⌘K) and a command palette.
- Channels WhatsApp coexistence: connect the number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Its history and the messages sent from the phone show up in the inbox.
Improvement
- Channels A single path to connect with Meta: the connection type is decided by the number you enter.
- Inbox List tabs and views are now icons with tooltips, and the views column has a new design.
- Platform Unconfirmed e-mail notice on the dashboard, with a button to resend the link.
- MCP MCP skill installation instructions for each client, a Claude Code plugin, and OAuth permissions grouped on their own consent screen.
- Platform On-screen notices are now consistently shown at the top center.
Fix
- Inbox Your chosen view no longer carries over between companies. Switching companies no longer empties the conversation list.
- CRM The opportunity detail opens normally again when loading the conversation.
- Templates Deleting a template frees its name so it can be created again.
